My friend in San Diego was baffled why I rave so much about food trucks. I told him that he has to just try it.
He located Miho Gastrotruck and tried the Roasted Chicken Club, a pepper roasted free range chicken with Duroc bacon, cheddar, local arugula, fried green tomato, avocado aioli inside a ciabatta bread.
I asked him if it was good, and he text back “He’ll be back”.
