Stop 6: Lime Truck is in ATLANTA!

Thank you @doughalliv for the pictures of the trucks!

The Great Food Truck Race has made its way to HOTlanta, Georgia!

On Saturday, foodies can find the Lime Truck at Colony Square, corner of 14 & Peachtree. Time unknown but I’m guessing lunch til late.  On Sunday it’s rumored they will be at Atlantic Station in front of the movie theater.

Miracle Mile: Pranzo, Flatiron Truck

It’s Memorial Day, and we were hungry.  Karen and I decided to drive an hour from OC to hunt down food trucks at the infamous Miracle Mile off Wilshire Blvd.

We found about six trucks parked near the La Brea Tar Pits, and  I selected Flatiron  and ordered their signature flatiron steak with potatoes & arugula, while Karen went to Pranzo and picked the Prosciutto (italian ham) sandwich.

Article on the GreatFoodTruckRace by OC Register’s Fast Food Maven

Nancy Luna, aka @FastfoodMaven from the Orange County Register did this story on the Great Food Truck Race.  I got my minute of fame here as the crazy tweeter… but in my defense, I’m not giving away any spoilers regarding the other trucks 🙂
