I almost forgot today was Tuesday, since yesterday was President’s Day. Anyhoo, Tuesday means Los Alamitos Din Din A Go Go night.

The Lime Truck posted they were serving a Duroc pork flat iron steak. It’s always my go-to meal at the Lime Truck when they offer pork. Since the pork is made to order, I went to the Chompchomptruck for the Tofu Satay…. sort of an appetizer before the grand meal.
