Asparagus & mushroom quesadilla

Blackmarket Bakery was having an open house from 2-5 today and invited Piaggio, Burnt Truck, and Dogzilla. I was not in the mood for sliders or hot dogs, so I stuck with Piaggio with my pulled pork and veggie over rice.

Martin had chicken version, and we shared Piaggio’s special, which was an asparagus, mushroom quesadilla in a spinach tortilla.
