The fine folks from MIHO Gastrotruck have assembled an amazing menu for a casual, four-course meal. Feel free to arrive anywhere between 12PM and 4PM to get some belly timber, with the last plates of food being served at 5PM. There will be no formal service for food and beer, so you’ll be able to take your time with each course. And although the tasting room will remain open to the public, we cannot guarantee availability for walk-up guests.

Food: Fried local halibut on ripe banana toston with fresh pineapple salsa

Food: Poached farm egg on toasted pumpernickel bread and passion fruit hollandaise sauce
Beer: Out West

Course 3
Food: Sharp cheddar, bacon and Pupil braised beef pie topped with grapefruit dressed micro greens
Beer: Out West

Course 4
Food: Spicy chocolate mousse with salty and crispy rice topped with the pugilist foam
Beer: Stygian
