MCAS Miramar to Host First Gourmet Food Truck Gathering on a Military Base
San Diego, CA – January 8th, 2013 – MCAS Miramar welcomes gourmet food
trucks to their base today, as a temporary solution to provide lunch service while their main food court is closed for renovation. Four gourmet food trucks will be parked in front of the Marine Corps Exchange store daily from 11am to 2pm, now through April 2013.

MCAS has contracted with Curbside Bites

gathering. Curbside Bites currently manages 6 other weekly gourmet
food truck gatherings in San Diego County.

Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race” veterans Crepes Bonaparte (http://crepesbonaparte.com/) and Devilicious (http://deviliciousfoodtruck.com/) are scheduled to make regular stops at the base, along with many of San Diego’s other
local favorite gourmet food trucks.
