Food Trucks every weekend at Rogers Garden

Roger’s Gardens will be hosting food trucks this spring, with different trucks scheduled on weekends beginning March 10. “It’s a really fun idea,” said Sarah Hansen, events and seminars coordinator for Roger’s Gardens. “It’s great that you can say, ‘Let’s go eat at Roger’s Gardens!’”

Help Out "Dawn Patrol Truck" – LA’s Mobile Surf Shop and Food Truck

  Our Story
We think surf shops should open at 6am for dawn patrol. We are combining the food truck business model with a mobile surf shop – and coming straight to the surfers at the beach!

We’re surfers. We love our community. We can’t think of a more rad business to bring to the beach!

Dawn Patrol Truck Essentials:

  • Wax
  • Leash
  • Fin Keys
  • Sunscreen
  • Key Valet (so you can stop putting them on your front tire)
  • Coffee
  • Breakfast Burritos
We’re tired of hiding our keys in obvious places and hearing about friends’ cars getting broken into. We plan to offer a key valet while you’re on the water.
No cash on hand? No problem. We’ll have prepaid options for your phone so you don’t need to worry about carrying your credit card or soggy bills.

What Beaches will DPT Service?
Our home base will be Venice and Manhattan Beach (El Porto), because that is where we surf the most – and already have strong local relationships. However, we plan on servicing everything from Newport up to Malibu on a regular basis, with trips to San Diego and Santa Barbara to test those markets too!

We absolutely LOVE our surfing community. We aim to increase the quality of life for surfers around us – to salvage an otherwise ruined surf session after a leash snaps, to keep you from ever having to be that guy who bums wax from a stranger, and save your from the post-surf growling stomach with a big ol’ breakfast burrito
>> Click here to help!  << HURRY… Goal is set for May 30!

We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate money to Dawn Patrol Truck. Even if you cannot contribute financially, you can still help support our cause by passing our message on to your friends and family. Sharing this campaign on Facebook, Twitter, or your blog has a bigger impact than you know!
Weather you contribute to our campaign or not, please take 30 seconds and share it to your social media profiles, or pass it on to someone you know that is passionate about surfing!
