Komodo Block Party Happening Tonight: Food Trucks, Music, More

If this weekend’s LA Food Fest is a bit too expansive for you – more than 100 vendors, bands, booze and ice cream at the Rose Bowl – tonight’s Komodo Block Party is like a scaled-down version at the corner of Pico and Robertson.

Started by the crew at Komodo Cafe a couple of years ago, it happens on the last Friday of every month throughout summer, and the whole neighborhood gets in on it, even brick-and-mortars like Sweet E’s Bake Shop and Mexikosher.

This week you’ll find the Grilled Cheese Truck, Ludo Truck, Schmuck Trucks, Waffles de Liege, and retail trucks like the Style Truck, Fashion Coach and Lee Lee Jewels, plus DJs and lots of people milling about from 6-10 PM.

Komodo Block Party // is an Annual 5-part Summer Block Party taking place at the lively intersection of Pico & Robertson. Happening on the last Fridays of every Summer month, from May-September- the Block Party is one of West LA’s most celebrated events; bringing together foodies, music lovers & fashionistas, young and old alike.
