Join the Anaheim Ducks for their NHL Centennial Celebration and Watch Party this Saturday!

Join Teemu Selanne and fellow Ducks fans on Saturday, January 21 at Honda Center for an NHL Centennial Celebration and Ducks Watch Party! This FREE event will feature interactive exhibits, food trucks, games for kids, and historical pieces of hockey history, and fans can watch the Ducks take on the Minnesota Wild at Honda Center.

The NHL’s Centennial Fan Arena will be on hand, which includes an NHL Museum, the Stanley Cup, a never-before-seen Zamboni virtual reality exhibit, and a ball hockey rink.

Festivities start at 2:00 p.m. with Teemu and more player alumni appearing throughout the afternoon. Puck drop for the Ducks game is at 6:00 p.m.

Hey Everyone! The Newport Harbor High School California Scholarship Federation is hosting another food truck fundraiser. We are hosting this once a month from January until May.

There will be several gourmet food trucks to choose from and when you purchase a meal, you are helping us raise scholarship money for our students!

CSF’s first food truck fundraiser of the year will be Thursday, January 19th from 4:30-8:30pm in the 15th street parking lot. (Weather permitting: We will let you know closer to the event if we need to cancel or not due to rain.)

If Mother Nature is good to us, it should be a night of food, community and fun. We have themes for each month and this month is Super Bowl themed!
Remember, a portion of the money you use to purchase your dinner will help provide college scholarship money for students. So tell your family, friends and neighbors.

Have you been dreaming of owning and operating your very own food truck but haven’t had the means to do it? Do you have a small mom and pop food shop that you would love to expand into a truck? Are you the hottest selling stand at your Farmer’s Market? Or, maybe you HAD a brick and mortar restaurant, but had to shut down? This could be your chance to resurrect your business and start over!

We are currently searching for passionate chefs and cooks from all walks of life – trained chefs, amateur chefs, line cooks, sous chefs, home cooks and dedicated foodies to compete for the chance to OWN and operate their very first FOOD TRUCK.

You will choose two teammates to make up your food truck dream team.
