I first learned of JapaDog when the Olympics were held in Vancouver. That same year, I went to Vancover and tracked down the street cart, and tried the “unique” version of a hotdog, served “Japanese” style. Instead of ketchup, relish and mustard, try bonito flakes, seaweed, or spicy mayonaise.
