If you don’t feel like spending a bunch of money and actually cleaning your place to hold a barbecue next Saturday, the people over at the Lights and Sound Collective have got you covered. Head on over to Angel Stadium where the second annual OC Block Party will be taking place.

In addition to the TV-famous food trucks (Great Food Truck Race Winners Seoul Sausage and The Middle Feast will be in attendance, plus others) and night market-style vendors, the event will be headlined by a fireworks extravaganza scheduled for 9:45 p.m.

Also in attendance will be Pocky, bringing along one of their trucks I’m assuming. Super exciting, though: they’ll be handing out matcha green tea Pocky instead of the plain stuff.

There’ll also be an import car show, street wear vendors, and a performance stage. Last year’s event was planned in the span of a few months. This one’s got a full year behind it, so I’m pretty excited.
Tickets are on pre-sale for $7 or for $10 at the door.
