My evening started off at the Ducks game and ended at the OC Fair for the Block Party.
Over 25 food trucks were at the event, cover bands playing music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s & today, and a ferris wheel and sling shot.
Most of the trucks were from OC, so Martin & I tried to get food from places we have not tried.
Our first stop was the Yummy One (@the_yummy_one) and we had the Bulgogi Rice Wrap. The next truck we tried was the Streets of Thailand (@streetsofthai) which we shared a Chicken Pad Thai and an egg roll.
Most of the trucks were busy, so we picked up an item from a few more trucks like: Bacon wrapped dates & Sweet potato fries from Barcelona on the go, a Spicy tuna handroll from Rolling sushi van, and a Berry Lychee drink from the OC Food truck.
Overall, a successful evening. I wish we could have eaten from all the truck, but we did not want to end 2010 with a stomach ache from over indulging.
Oh, the Anaheim Ducks DID beat the Philadelphia Flyers, 5 to 2!
