lavender blueberry ice cream on lemon zest cookies? red velvet cookies with stout smore’s ice cream? kettle chips and spicy candied bacon topped on white chocolate fudge ice cream with chipotle chocolate ganache cookies? yes, yes and yes.

you’re now deeper than ever in the fun-flavor realm ruled by the holiest and mightiest of ice cream sandwiches! here the truly amazing happens — cookies and ice cream are hand handcrafted in small batches with simple ingredients – without, you know… that whatchamacallit. warm ooey-gooey cookies. fresh made ice cream. Just old school craftsmanship and a ton of love.

we’re relentlessly adventurous, but don’t expect anything like foie gras ice cream. hey, even we have our limits.

you asked for it, you got it…. now selling our decadent handcrafted ice cream by the pint – from the classics to fun flavors like

strawberry balsamic & cracked pepper (the three were made for each other.)    

chunk-n-chip just got sweeter (and tangy) with our latest ice cream concoction….. we start
with our classic handcrafted strawberry ice cream, and blend in just the right amount of small-batched balsamic
vinegar, infused with fig and vanilla bean, and a dash of cracked pepper to add that special something.
bu t wait… it get’s better… balsamic vinegar is then drizzled on top of your scoop and then capped off with
chopped mint leaves.  there’s nothing, um “strawberry about this new version of the classic.  available also by the pint.

ice cream sammich: the “butterfinger bites”

   
  inspired by nestle butterfinger bites, this sammich is sure to please all aficionados of our mumbo jumbo. our secret ingredient – the butterfinger bites “mashmallow fluff.” follow us on facebook or twitter to find out when it’s on the truck.

ice cream sandwich – the current edition of the ice cream sandwich was invented in 1945 by jerry newberg while selling ice cream at forbes field. benjamin franklin didn’t even come close.


special shout out to ed and yona! these two loyal fans have been keeping tabs on chunk-n-chip for eons. hey, we can’t do it all. luckily, people like ed & yona are on board, firing feedback in our direction. that kind of involvement helps us create the ooey-gooiest, most tasty ice cream sandwiches in the known universe. thanks for always keepin’ it real guys!
