There's a new Friday Lunch lot in Santa Ana?? Can someone confirm?

I came across this  but I am not sure who is the host or "resident" truck. 
Last week Crepes Bonaparte tweeted this location, and this week ChompChompTruck tweeted it.  I've tweeted and posted on facebook if someone can confirm if this is a new weekly lot, but no one has responded.

Anyhoo, here's the information.  Its right off the 5 freeway, and if you know where the scuba building is, it looks like its near that building.

The addresss tweeted is East 1st St  and Cabrillo Park Drive in Santa Ana,Ca
