Norwalk: Global Soul Truck, Ludo Truck
On Tuesdays, the Norwalk Moose Lodge has food trucks from 6:00-9:00 pm.
We stopped to check out the Ludo Truck (yes, as in Chef Ludo from Ludo Bites) and had the 2-piece fried chicken. Instead of the slaw, I asked to substitute it for the lavender infused biscuit. My friend Sandy went to Global Soul and got the Shrimp Toastie.

On Labor Day the Norwalk Din Din A GoGo (located at the Golf & Stuff) was serving lunch, so I stopped by to have lunch, and pick up dessert for a dinner party.

Food trucks at LA County Fair until October 3
The LA County Fair kicked off their season during the Labor Day weekend. During opening weekend, admission to the Fair was only $1 before 1:00 pm, so we took full advantage of this great deal.
Last year the LA Fair had great success with food trucks, they invited back not just LA Trucks, but also included Orange County trucks.
Piaggio on Wheels, Crepes Bonaparte, Brats Berlin and Calbi BBQ were representing Orange County, while Gourmet Genie, Uncle Lau’s BBQ, Macho Nacho and Paradise Cookies were representing LA County.
