Cousins Maine Lobster pops up a restaurant

Cousins Maine Lobster (twitter : @cmlobster) held a pop up restaurant on June 2 at the Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach, CA.  For $50, guests could enjoy four lobster themed courses, and for an additional fee have the courses paired with a specialty cocktail. The menu items were a mixture of the food truck items, but with an upscale touch, such as the clam cakes, the Maine slaw with maple sherry dressing, the corn with cojita cheese, and the blueberry turnover.

There were 2 services at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm, held at different parts of the hotel.  The tip and tax was added to the bill and had to be prepaid upon reservation.

Cousins Maine Lobster has food trucks in Los Angeles and Orange County, and a brick-n-mortar partnership in Old Pasadena. Visit http://www.cousinsmainelobster.com for information on having fresh lobster flown in for you, or to locate their OC or LA trucks.
